Employee Benefits


Employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible on date of hire for the following benefits:

HOLIDAYS: ES&S observes 9 holidays, plus one personal day.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM: Administered by Alegent Health. Offers guidance in work, school, home, and financial situations. *All employees and dependents are eligible for this benefit.

TRAVEL ACCIDENT: Administered by Chubb Insurance. $250,000 life benefit per employee if death occurs due to travel accident while on company business. *Any employee traveling on company business is eligible for this benefit.

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM: To assist in the ongoing search for talented ES&S associates, ES&S has a referral policy designed to reward ES&S associates who refer applicants that join the ES&S team. A referral for a Full-time hourly (non-exempt) position would receive a $1000 bonus. A referral for Full-time salaried (exempt) position would receive a $2000 bonus.

Employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible for coverage the first of the month following date of hire and continuous employment for the following benefits:

MEDICAL/VISION: Self funded plan administered by Regional Care, Inc.(TPA)

DENTAL: Self funded plan administered by Regional Care, Inc. (TPA)

LIFE INSURANCE/ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT: Administered by Jefferson Pilot Insurance. 1 x Annual Salary up to a maximum of $250,000.

OPTIONAL LIFE INSURANCE: Administered by Jefferson Pilot Insurance. Employees can elect optional life insurance for self, spouse/domestic partner, and children.

FLEXIBLE BENEFIT PLAN: Associates can set aside pre-tax earnings to pay for out-of-pocket health care, vision, dental, and dependent care expenses.

Employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible for coverage the first of the month following 90 days of continuous employment for the following benefits:

SHORT TERM DISABILITY: Self funded plan. 75% of base pay for 3 weeks then 50% of base pay for 3 additional weeks.

LONG TERM DISABILITY: Administered by Jefferson Pilot Insurance. 60% of monthly compensation after 90 day elimination period.

PAID TIME OFF: This program accrues work days that may be used for vacation, illness, childcare, and personal time.

Employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible for coverage the first of the month following 6 months of continuous employment for the following benefits:

401(k): Administered by Fidelity Investment Company. Employee can elect to contribute a % of their earnings on a tax-deferred basis. ES&S will match a portion of the employee contributions. A wide variety of investment funds are offered.

EDUCATION ASSISTANCE: ES&S will provide partial reimbursement for tuition and enrollment fees for pre-approved and job-related courses. Eligible the first of the month following 12 months of continuous employment.
